Helen Witten Cole ’47, passed away on Friday, February 12 at Providence Hospital in Waco. She was 84. A 20-year resident of Alexandria, La., she was a school teacher and a Red Cross safety instructor, and she taught Sunday school. After returning to Waco in 1977, she was an active member of Seventh and James Baptist Church and the Baylor Alumni Association, and she was a Midway ISD mentor and a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
